The Gandhigram Institute of Rural Health and Family Welfare Trust (GIRH&FWT) is a popular community oriented health promotion Institute founded by Dr.T.S.Soundram in the year 1964.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RECRUITMENT OF THE POST

GIRH & FWT reserves the right to fill up or to alter or modify or cancel the entire process of
recruitment without assigning any reason.
Any delay on postal reasons shall not be entertained.
Candidate should read all the instructions and particulars of advertisement.
Separate application is to be submitted for each post. Hard copy of self attested mark
sheets (10th, +2, UG and PG, Ph.D.) certificates, testimonials and other documents must be
sent along with the application.
Application costs Rs. 500/- Demand Draft Drawn in favour of “The Director GIRH & FWT” should be sent along with application. Application without Demand Draft will not be considered.

E-mail id and mobile phone number should be mentioned in the application. All the
communications will be sent through e-mail and Post.
Short listed candidates only called for interview. The call letters will be communicated through E-mail and Post.

Applications which are not in conformity with the requirement or which are received after due date will be rejected. Mere fulfilling of requirement as laid in the advertisement does not qualify a candidate for an interview. No correspondence will be entertained with candidates for not short listed for an interview / appointment. If the post applied for is not indicated on the top of the envelope & the application, the same will not be entertained.
