Indian Bank Trust for Rural Development (IBTRD) is running Indian Bank Self Employment Training Institute (INDSETI) in the Lead Districts. Now, IBTRD is looking for engagement of support staff on contractual basis for a period of three years at INDSETI, Tiruvannamalai for training and official duties. The details are given below:
Office Assistant-01 Post
Age : 22 to 40 Years
Qualification : Graduate ( BSW/BA/BCom with Computer Knowledge)
Knowledge in basic accounting is a preferred qualification.
Experience Previous experience as Office Assistant is preferred.
Communication Shall be fluent in spoken and written in Tamil language, fluency in skills English would be an added qualification.
Technical Skills Shall be proficient in MS Office, Internet & Tally. Typing Skill in English is essential. Typing skill in Tamil language would be an added advantage.
Other requirements Valid Driving License is preferable since the nature of job also involves travelling/ field visit.
Salary structure : Consolidated Salary of Rs. I 2, 000/- which may be revised on an annual basis @ I 0% of preceding year’s consolidated salary on satisfactory review / performance of services rendered. FTA : Rs.1000/-

Attendant-01 Post
Qualification : 10th Pass
Age : 22-40 Years
Technical Skills Should read and write in Tamil
Basic support services like maintenance of premises, filing and any I work as assigned by the other Staff.
Salary structure and other details (i) Consolidated salary of Rs. 8.000/- which may be revised for the ensuing year by an amount not exceeding 10% of preceding year’s consolidated salary based on satisfactory review/ performance of services rendered. (ii) Fixed Travel Allowance FTA Rs.500/- pm
Selection Process : Personal Interview
