Instructions for submission of online application.
- Candidates must download detailed CEN No. 01/2024 and read it carefully.
- Candidates must apply ‘ONLINE’ through the official websites of RRBs specified in the detailed CEN. The Application Form in any other mode will not be accepted.
- Candidates must ensure that they fulfil the prescribed eligibility criteria for the post.
- Candidates can apply to only one RRB and Only one application per candidate will be accepted for the notified post in this CEN. Applicants who submit more than one application against this CEN shall be disqualified and debarred.
- EXAMINATION FEE: Candidates will have to pay the prescribed fee as per their community/category detailed below:
- MODES OF FEE PAYMENT:
- The fee can only be paid online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, or UPI Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable from the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator. There will be no option to pay fee through any other mode.
- Applications received without the prescribed fee shall not be considered and summarily rejected. No representation against such rejection will be entertained.
- Mandatory Scanned Documents to be kept ready before filling the application:
- Recent, clear colour passport size photograph (against a plain white background) of the candidate in JPEG image (size 30 to 70KB) – without wearing dark glasses and/or cap. Note: Candidates must have at least 12 (twelve) copies of the same photograph for future use during the recruitment process.
- Scanned JPEG image of candidate’s signature in running handwriting (size 30 to 70KB)
- SC /ST Certificate (only for candidates requesting free pass for train travel) in PDF format (upto 500KB).
- Candidates must have their own active mobile number and a valid personal Email ID for all communication during the entire duration of recruitment.
- Follow the steps given below to Apply Online:Step I: Create an Account
- During the ONLINE APPLICATION, candidates will be asked to Create an Account. Candidates are advised to fill in the details required for account creation with utmost care, as corrections of any kind will NOT be permitted once the account is created. Fill in the required details in the ONLINE ‘Create an Account’ form and create a PASSWORD. Password should be a combination of Capital letters, small letters, special characters and numbers.
- Details filled in the ’Create an Account’ form (including mobile number and Email ID) cannot be modified at any stage once the account is created.
- For subsequent logins, candidates can directly log in using their registered mobile number/Email ID and the password they created.
- Confirmation SMS and Email will be received by the candidates after successful “Creation Of account”.
- Candidates must log in using registered mobile number/E mail ID and pre-created password to complete the application form. Candidates must select the RRB for which they wish to apply and select the post and zones within the chosen RRB. The relevant personal details, as filled out during the step 1 above (Create an Account), will be pre-populated in the application, and they cannot be edited. Remaining personal details have to be entered.
- Candidates must enter other details, including essential educational qualification details as required in the “ONLINE Application Form”.
- Candidates must upload scanned images of their photograph, signature, SC/ST certificate (if applicable) according to the following specifications:
- Scanned image of candidate’s photo: Recent, clear colour passport size photograph (against a plain white background) of the candidate in JPEG image (size 30 to 50KB) – without wearing dark glasses and/or cap.
Caution: Invalid photo (i.e., not as per prescribed specifications) such as poor resolution, full body view, only side view, unrecognizable facial features, photocopied photograph, group photo, tilted/inverted image, selfie, with cap, with dark glasses, etc will be rejected. - Scanned JPEG image of candidate’s signature in running handwriting (size 30 to 70KB).
Caution: Invalid signature (i.e., not as per prescribed specifications) such as use of block/capital letters instead of running hand-writing, poor resolution, incomplete image, etc. will be rejected. - SC /ST Certificate (only for candidates requesting free pass for train travel) in PDF format (upto 500KB).
- After completing step I and step II, the candidate has to pay the requisite examination fee as mentioned in para 5.
- The confirmation page of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the candidate. The registration number printed on the computer-generated Confirmation Page must be mentioned in all subsequent correspondence. It is therefore advised that the candidates must carefully note down the registration number printed on the conformation page.
- Confirmation SMS and Email will be received by the candidates after successful acceptance of application.
- How to reset your password:
- Click on the “Forgot Password” option on opening the “log in ” page.
- Enter either registered Email or mobile number and date of birth. The revised password will be sent to the candidate’s registered Email ID. Candidates have to log in with revised password sent on their registered email. This password can be reset using “Change Password” option available on the upper right-hand side of the “Online Application page” after log in
