Note:-
(i) The crucial date for determining the age limit shall be the closing date
for receipt of applications from candidates (and not the closing date
prescribed for those in Assam, Meghalya, Arunachal Pradesh,
Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh and Spiti
District and Pangi sub-divison of Chamba District of Himachal
Pradesh, Andaman Nicobar Island of Lakshdweep. (ii) In respect of posts, the appointment of which are made through
Employment Exchange, the crucial date for determining the age limit
shall in each case, be the last date upto which the Employment
Exchange are asked to submit the names
Essential: – (i) Matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognized Board or institutions: and
(ii) One-year experience in farming
Note -l The qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of competent
authority for reason to be recorded in writing in the case of candidates
otherwise well qualified
Note 2- The qualification regarding experience are relaxable at the discretion
of competent authority for reasons to be recorded in writing in the case of
candidates belonging to Scheduled cast or Scheduled Tribe. if at any stage
of selection, the competent authority is of the opinion that sufficient number
of candidate from these communities possessing the requisite experience are
not likely to be available to fill up the vacancies reserved for them.
The interested and eligible candidates may apply on plain paper with fill bio-data
containing Name in Full (Block letters). Father’s name, date of birth (as per Christian
era), Nationality, Religion, Caste, Disability, Home Address (with pin Code,
Telephone number, Mobile Number, E-mail), Educational qualifications, Details of
experienced etc. Passport size photograph carrying the signatures of candidate on it
need to be pasted on the bio-data, Self-attested Copies of testimonials of age,
educational qualification experiences caste disability certificate etc issued by
respective competent authority, in the prescribed format need to be attached
Duly filled application in the prescribed proforma accompanied by requirement
documents should be sent through Speed Post / Regd. Post to the Director, Regional Fodder Station,
Alamadhi, Edapalayam-PO,via Redhills, Chennai-600 052 so as to reach them within 30 days from then date of publication of the
advertisement in the Employment News. The cover containing the application
should be superscript as “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF Farm
Attendant cum Labour” Application (s) received after the due date and
application (s) received through e-mail, fax or similar means will not be
considered.
