It is proposed to conduct an Interview to recruit Project Associate/ Senior
Project Fellow / Junior Research Fellows /Project Assistants and Field
Assistants on purely temporary (Contractual) basis for the research projects
detailed below. Eligible candidates are requested to attend the on interview at
ICFRE-Institute of Forest Genetics & Tree Breeding, R.S.Puram, Coimbatore, TamilNadu.

Project Associate-35 Years
Junior Research fellow – 28 years
Senior Project fellow – 32 years
Project Assistants/Field Assistants – 25 years
(Relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST, Women, Physically handicapped and OBC
candidates).
Candidates should submit their application online at the link provided in the website of
this Institute. Online Registration process will be closed by dated on 08.06.2024 5.00 P.M.
The position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project period or earlier
depending on the performance of the candidates.
Recruitment for the above temporary positions is governed by rules of the Indian Council of
Forestry Research & Education and does not guarantee subsequent employment in any
Institutes under the Council
